Do I ship to Canada?

Yes! Please be aware of the following before placing your order:

• Customs Duties & Taxes: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, or other customs fees once your package arrives. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and must be paid by the recipient.

• Who Pays These Fees: All duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, I cannot estimate or control these costs in advance.

• Shipping Options: I typically ship via USPS, which helps reduce brokerage fees, but processing times at customs may add extra delivery time.

• Helpful Tip: If you’re unsure about potential charges, I recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Can I wear Native Beadwork if I’m not Native?

YES! It’s definitely ok to wear my beadwork, as long as it’s in a respectful manner.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do take custom orders for certain items. I am not always taking custom orders, so please dm me on Instagram @beadsbycheydesigns to get more information on custom orders.

When will my order ship?

All orders are made and packaged with care before shipping. Please allow processing time for your items to be prepared.

• Ready-to-ship items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.

• Made-to-order beadwork or custom items: May take 2-4 weeks before shipping, depending on current order volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s delivery.

Please note that delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier once your package is in transit. During busy seasons or holidays, shipping may take a little longer.
